Jushia was born in Adel Georgia and grew up in Florida for most of his young adult life. He now resides in San Diego, California. Jushia merges his versatility in multiple genres such as Hip Hop, R&B, EDM, Pop and Country. His breakthrough song “I’m free” (Get out of my way) is a representation of him breaking barriers and not being settled for being placed in a box.
